All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through the ZSCCA online store are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer preference reasons.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, product options, and your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy applies to both stocked ZSCCA merchandise and print-on-demand merchandise.
Print-on-Demand Products
Certain products sold through the ZSCCA store are produced specifically after an order is placed through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Because these products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the product and the problem
We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Please do not send an item back unless you have first received instructions from us.
Lost or Missing Orders
If you believe your order has been lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.
We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and assist you with the next steps.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Print-on-demand products may begin production shortly after an order is placed, so cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfillment has started.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund, those rights will continue to apply.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund results from an error with the order, a qualifying fulfillment issue, or another circumstance for which ZSCCA is responsible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved under one of the exceptions described above, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
